PATIENT INFORMATION

To secure an appointment, patients must provide contact details, including address, telephone number, and email. During the initial appointment, clients must complete a Medical History Form, which is essential for consultation, prescribing, and treatment planning. All information provided will be treated confidentially in accordance with Data Protection legislation (GDPR). Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written consent, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

As part of our policy, all patients are photographed before treatment. These images are necessary for the treatment process and are kept confidential in accordance with GDPR policies. Consent for before and after photos is required for your medical records. These images are crucial for assessment during and after the treatment. You may choose whether to allow us to use your photographs for media purposes by selecting the appropriate option on the consent form.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointment reminders will be sent via email as a courtesy; please do not rely solely on them. We require 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations at Opulent Asthetics. Failure to attend or late cancellations may result in a £50 fee, except for face-to-face consultations. Do not attend the clinic if you are unwell; if unsure, please contact our staff. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell, especially with cold sores or local skin infections. Routine review appointments are offered as a courtesy following Anti-Wrinkle Injections, but no additional treatment is provided free of charge after the review period of 2-3 weeks. New patients are seen for consultation and assessment only; treatments are not provided on the first visit to allow for an adequate cooling-off period.

CHILDREN POLICY

We do not treat individuals under the age of 18. Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they can be left unsupervised. If you bring a child, we may reschedule your appointment. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

PAYMENT TERMS

For face-to-face consultations, a £150 payment is required upfront to secure your appointment. Payment instructions will be sent via email, and payment is to be made via bank transfer. The full cost of any proposed treatment plan, including maintenance, will be provided and agreed upon before any treatment is undertaken. Full payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express. A discretionary deposit may be required for some treatments, payable via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided via email.

REFUNDS

Fees charged are for the delivery of a treatment and accompanying services, which include consultation and assessment, provision of information and advice, safe treatment with evidence-based products, and follow-up appointments with aftercare advice and support. While we strive to provide excellent service, ethical advice, and expert treatment, we cannot guarantee results and do not offer refunds if the results do not meet your expectations. Skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be arranged for you to be seen by our medical director. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available online or upon request.

MODIFICATIONS

Opulent Asthetics may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
